Terms & Conditions

  • Tour America agrees to fulfil the &euro100 holiday discount voucher subject to the terms and conditions set out below
  • This discount voucher may be used to claim from Tour America a discount of &euro100 for two people travelling on a Tour America package holiday worth a minimum of &euro2500. Vouchers are only redeemable at our offices at 62 Middle Abbey Street, Dublin 1
  • All bookings must be made by August 31st 2012, and all travel must be completed by 30th September 2012
  • This offer is open to residents of ROI aged 18 or over
  • FUll payment will be required for bookings made within 10 weeks of departure
  • All bookings and issuing of tickets will be handled by Tour America
  • Holidays must be for a minimum of two people travelling
  • Persons travelling alone are entitled to half their applicable voucher discount
  • Holidays must include flights and accommodation
  • Only one voucher per booking and only one voucher per household per booking date
  • The voucher is only redeemable against new  bookings made
  • Voucher cannot be sued in conjunction with any other voucher offer
  • Holidays are subject to availability and to the Terms & Conditions of the relevant Tour Operator
  • All persons taking holidays are responsible for their own passports and visas
  • All passengers must book travel insurance with Tour America
  • The  appropriate discount will be deducted form the final invoice and cannot be sued as part payment of a deposit or insurance premium
  • Discount can only be given provided that Tour America has received the voucher
  • After your holiday has been booked, your holiday contract will be with the selected Tour Operator whose booking conditions apply and all holdings are subject to availability
