Shopping in Vancouver is easy because shopping areas are concentrated into a few blocks. Most antique stores are on South Granville or on Main Street. Most outdoor gear is near MEC on West Broadway and most high end boutiques are on Robson Street.

For a mega mall experience head for Canada`s largest Mall, the Metropolis, with more than 450 shops, two food fairs, several restaurants, two giant grocery stores, a Grand Court performance area, Silver City cinema complex and a hotel.

For street shopping, Vancouverites and visitors alike love Robson Street on the Vancouver west end, just two blocks south of and parallel to West Georgia. Here you`ll find many of the best shops in Vancouver and plenty of places to eat so you can keep up your shopping stamina.

Vancouver has one of the most pleasant climates in Canada! In summer, the days are usually long, warm and sunny. Nights are cool and clear. Spring and autumn are also comfortable, with moderate temperatures and occasional rain. It can snow occasionally during December and January.
