In New York dining out can be cheaper than eating at home and you can do it around the clock. The city boasts an incredible 20,000 restaurants and between them they serve up over 100 types of ethnic cuisine representing virtually every country in the world.
Whether it’s bagels or haute cuisine, New Yorkers are passionate about their food: meals, chefs, dining rooms, and patrons are hotly debated and crazes for new cuisines and restaurants can sweep across the city like a tidal wave! The city has many cult favourites such as Shake Shack and the Hard Rock Café but amongst its streets and blocks you will find so much choice for something a little more local. From the brunch of your dreams to a delicious, mouth-watering filet of steak, you will be spoilt for every meal. Of course we also recommend keeping an eye out for some delicious New York pizza and maybe even a hot dog!
When it comes to nightlife, you will have a chance to experience the most iconic Broadway shows in the world as well as attend comedy clubs, sports bars, sports events, rooftop bars and so much more. New York is known as the city that never sleeps and it loves to live up to its reputation.
