Fantastic from start to finish…

Fantastic from start to finish. We booked Route 66 with Lorraine in a relatively short lead time and she knocked it out of the park.
She listened to everything we wanted and made it happen. Having someone there on case of emergency on such a big trip was a relief too.
I would highly recommend Tour America for big trips or if you simply don’t have the time to do it yourself. They will make it happen!

Had to rearrange our holidays due to unforeseen circumstances. I dealt with Tina who couldn’t have done more to help me. With her help we now have an amazing holiday to look forward to in a couple of months and we’re very excited. I would highly recommend them!

The helpful and friendly service was exceptional…

This is my second time to book with Tour America. We had an amazing honeymoon which we booked there, so we decided to book our first family holiday to Orlando. I must say that Tina went above and Beyond for me to help choose the right holiday package. She had so much knowledge which helped me decide on which parks to go to etc. The helpful and friendly service was exceptional. Such a lovely friendly, patient lady. I can’t commend her enough. We can’t wait for our summer holiday . Thanks again.

Absolutely wonderful service by the amazing Yvonne, once again she has made our dream come true with an amazing deal in our favourite location. After a long illness she has made today one of the brightest in a long time, her beautiful manner and kindness makes me feel so blessed to have her helping us. So once again we are letting Tour America how amazing Yvonne is .

Everything we hoped for and more…

I cannot thank the staff of Tour America enough for all their help booking a holiday of a lifetime with MSc Cruises. I dealt mainly with Lorna who I have to say has the patience of a saint. She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of holidays offered by Tour America and because of all her knowledge we were able to decide on a holiday which had everything we hoped for and more!

I fell in love with her care, knowledge, tips and experience…

I was looking at a holiday with the kids in Orlando for a very long time. Tour America has great deals online but as soon as I started chatting to Alana I fell in love with her care, knowledge, tips and experience. She listened to our wishes and presented few quotes, our family choice was easy. Don’t worry about anything, this operator really cares for their clients. We can now look forward to our sunny escape!

It was a holiday of a lifetime…

I booked a Celebrity Edge Cruise of the southern Caribbean with Christine in Tour America.  From  the initial telephone call Christine listened to our requirements and tailor made the perfect vacation.   The Tour America quote was very reasonably priced and  the experience and quality they possess ensured that our booking and holiday was pure luxury.    I cannot express my thanks enough as to  how easy everything was  with the booking, the insurance, the payments, tickets, details, hotel bookings etc.   Every request and query  was dealt with in such an efficient and courteous manner.   It was a holiday of a lifetime and we are so delighted to have booked with Christine and Tour America.   I would highly recommend Tour America as that dream luxurious holiday can be arranged by them and all you have to do is Enjoy

I would highly recommend using Tour America , whatever your needs are.

Tour America could not have been more helpful. Lorraine in the office was so nice to deal with. We had so many different requirements and we got there in the end with the undivided attention and helpfulness from Lorraine. Follow up phone calls were not a problem. So nice to get an email from Mary McKenna thanking us for our business. I would highly recommend using Tour America , whatever your needs are. Such a pleasure to deal with this company.

Honest advice…

We had a lovely experience with Yvonne who looked after our honeymoon booking for us. After months of deliberation on where to go, Yvonne had us all sorted in a matter of days! We were so grateful for her honest advice (and patience in providing various quotes!). We had quite a few changes/tweaks to our booking along the way and nothing was a problem for Yvonne! 🙂 From start to finish, dealing with Tour America was a pleasure!!

As it will be our first time going to Orlando on a family holiday I wanted to book with a Travel Agent as I knew they would have the best advise. Yvonne was brilliant. She gave such good advise and tips on where we should stay and what park packages to go for. She had been there several times so she knew what she was talking about. I feel really at ease now having booked with Tour America. It was definitely the right choice.

Vegas is absolutely nuts but loved it! And hopefully will return again soon.

We had a great time! Everything ran so smoothly. A wonderful experience and the helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon was beyond amazing!!
Thanks again for all your help, we really appreciate it. And would have no issue using Tour America again in the future and recommend it to others.  San Francisco is a lovely city, and would have loved another day there, but again, maybe next time!

We are home safe and sound.

We are home safe and sound. We had an amazing holiday even with hurricane Ian. We got to go to our listening party for Alterbridge and met some wonderful people. I cannot thank you enough for all your help I look forward to booking my next holiday.

Polly was great from the very start

Polly was great from the very start. I was very nervous about going to America and she always but my mind at ease. Every email I sent was replied to straight away. Tour America is very lucky to have a staff member who looks after her customers so well I love good service I think its very important and I definitely got it with Polly.

We have returned from Orlando and already booked for next year and both times we would only book with Tour America Yvonne was a great help with any issues or concerns we had when booking and once we booked she was always on the end of an email it was great knowing you couod rely on an answer to any questions we had especially recently with new rules or regulations regarding covid.

Would 100% recommend to others even on customer service alone

Ive never been to America before, and Polly was always there to help with any problems or questions I had. We had to reschedule twice because of covid and she made it all a walk in the park for us and took all the stress out of it. Would 100% recommend to others even on customer service alone. I only wish I got this level of customer care every where I went

Hope this mail finds you well ,just really wanted to send a quick email we have used Tour America for last few years .I always deal Christine and I have emailed you before about what excellent customer service she offers. We book as 3/4 different families total of 15 people .

With everything that’s happened in last year we’ve had to rebook couple times and I really just wanted to let you know how absolutely happy I am we booked with tour America and mainly down to christine.

We are just finalising out new dates, christine has as always been brillant but especially over last couple weeks she took my calls and emails on her days off and has emailed me and rang me way past her working day had ended .it was tricky getting all of us booked on dates and prices that suited us all .

We also rebooked New York couple times with yourselves largely due to Christine’s great service.
I only wish I got this level of customer care every where I went .
I will only use Tour America when travelling to America.
Well done on your customer service. I will be sure to continue to recommend Tour America especially Christine.

I would like to thank you

I would like to thank you and indeed Amy and Liz who looked after us so well.

It’s not hard to understand why Tour America has won so many awards and I would like to compliment you, and Amy and Liz for looking after us at this difficult time. Unfortunately, we were not able to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary as we had hoped but at least we are safe and well.

We have travelled with Tour America in the past, and hope to be able to do so again, in the not too far off distant future.
