Daytona Beach is famous for being the World Center of Racing! The Daytona International Speedway is home to many racing championships and racing legends have for years, began their racing careers in Daytona Beach. The Daytona International Speedway is currently undergoing an expansion project and once completed by 2016, it will have race fans racing to experience it’s brand new world class premium amenities and experiences. If you’re planning a trip to Daytona Beach, catching a race at the Speedway needs to be on your bucket list!

There’s something amazing about walking along an American beach boardwalk and pier that just appeals to everyone and the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier combines food and fun to give you an afternoon out like no other. The boardwalk and pier in Daytona Beach is perfect for families as there are many amusement rides for the kiddies and all the family to enjoy! When you’re done with the fun (if that’s possible!) you can grab a bite to eat and enjoy the amazing coastal views!

Daytona Beach is full of exciting thrill rides and attractions from racing along on the Sand Blaster roller coaster on the Daytona Boardwalk and Pier to racing around the Daytona International Speedway! You can also go zip lining and paddle boarding in Daytona Beach!

Daytona Beach is the festival capital of Florida and there’s no denying why! Fall is the most popular festival season in Daytona Beach and during festival season you can take in the Daytona Blues Festival, the Biketoberfest, the Daytona Beach Film Festival to name but a few! Speedweek takes place in February every year as well and this is a must for the racing fans!

The Daytona Beach area boasts 23 miles of beach meaning that there is the perfect spot waiting for you! Along the beachfronts you will find lots of splash parks, beach volleyball courses and jungle gyms so the whole family will be entertained during your day by the coast. The sand along Daytona Beach is also compact and allows for you to cycle along it, so we recommend you rent a bike and get going! In the water, there are also many activities for you and the whole family to enjoy from paddle boarding to kayaking and surfing.
