Cruise Travel Consultant

Cruise holidays are seeking an experienced Cruise Travel Consultant to join our multi award winning Travel Company. We offer luxury European and Worldwide cruises to the discerning clientele including tailor-made travel and group. With customer retention being extremely important to us, we are looking for people who have the dedication and commitment we need and are proficient in the customer service experience.

What we need

  • Creating bespoke cruise itineraries and packages to the discerning clientele
  • Professionally handling inbound telephone and email enquiries from both individuals and groups
  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets
  • Maximize all sales opportunities by offering port transfers, day rooms and other related ancillary products
  • Offering advice and recommendations for cruises to customers
  • Offering a cutting edge customer service
  • Participating in cruise ship visits

We will be looking for the following skills:-

  • Two years previous sales skills within the Cruise or travel Industry, with experience on Amadeus CRS system
  • Be a strong and clear communicator with excellent telephone manner
  • Passion for cruise
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, dedicated, and flexible
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Computer literate with good Word and Excel skills
