Royal Caribbean Ship Visit Programme Terms and Conditions
The Ship Visit Programme is promoted by RCL Cruises Limited (company number 07366612), a company registered in England & Wales with registered address at Building 3, The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 0NY ('RCL').
From time to time RCL may promote to the general public the opportunity to visit any of our ships on selected dates while in port in the UK or Ireland, with the aim of promoting our ships and our cruise holidays.
Ship visits are free-of-charge to invited visitors who registered with RCL in advance, and may include an escorted guided tour of the ship, use of selected facilities, and/or a meal or refreshments.
You will need to meet the following basic criteria:
Be new to cruise or new to the relevant brand e.g. you must never have never sailed on a Royal Caribbean Cruise ship before;
Be a UK or Irish resident; and
Be at least 21 years or over on the date of the ship visit (unless accompanied by an adult, or if RCL agrees otherwise).
Registrants will be asked to provide their name, address, email and mobile telephone number. RCL will only use your personal information to administer visitor registration, unless you have also opted in to receive marketing communications by the particular means you have selected.
RCL reserves the right to select visitors for ship visits from any pool of eligible registrants based on its own criteria which may include purely random selection, or selection based on e.g. postcode or availability. For the avoidance of doubt, ship visit applications are not a competitive process, and notwithstanding any logistical criteria that may be applied by RCL, ship visit places are always subject to availability at RCL’s absolute discretion.
Travel to and from any port location and any additional expenses (e.g. accommodation, meals or parking) will be at the visitor’s sole cost and expense
Please ensure that if you accept an invitation to attend a ship visit, you arrive on time, bringing the valid ID (passport) you registered with. The ID document you registered with must match the photo ID that you bring on the day of the visit. If your photo ID on the day is different in any way to your registered ID, you will be denied boarding.
Unfortunately, any delay in processing your visit caused solely by you may result in you not being allowed to board the ship.
Invitations to visit RCL ships cannot be swapped, sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Access requests, dietary requirements or any special visitor needs (including any medical or health matters) must be notified to RCL at least 14 days prior to embarkation.
All visitors must be escorted by an authorised RCL staff or crew member for ship embarkation, stateroom tours (subject to availability) meals and disembarkation. Visitors must read and abide by our Guest Conduct Policy, available at https://www.royalcaribbean.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/.
Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify or withdraw a ship visit programme at any time. Possible changes may include length or duration of tour, availability of refreshments, and disembarkation time. Extra security measures may be applied to visits on board a ship in mid-cruise.
These Ship Visit Programme Terms and Conditions are subject to English law and in the event of a dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
