The Museum centers around the story of her life and the role she played in the Civil Rights Movement.
Alabama’s capital city was home to the Montgomery Bus Boycott and the Rosa Parks museum tells this inspirational story. On the 1st December 1965, Rosa Parks refused to give up her seat on a bus in the ‘colored section’, to a white passenger after the white-only section was filled.
