Things To Do

Things to do in Miami

Miami is home to a diverse array of outdoor activities, lush tropical parks and many family attractions. One things for sure, wheyther you are visiting before a cruise or enjoying Miami on a Florida fly drive, you will certainly have loads to do and see!

BISCAYNE NATIONAL PARK

Explore Biscayne National Park for kayaking, scuba diving, walking trails, fishing, camping and much more. Close by is Key Biscayne, which is the first of many keys in South Florida. This one is just a bridge away from Downtown Miami with the perfect place for a sunset dinner at The Pelican.

EVERGLADES NATIONAL PARK

Also worth visiting is the Everglades National Park. This expansive ecosystem is the third largest national park in U.S. Obviously this Miami attraction is like no other in the world and offers endless sights. One of the park’s major draws is its impressive array of rare and endangered species such as the American Crocodile, Florida panther and West Indian Manatee. Try out the airboat tour through the Everglades…it is simply not to be missed.

FAIRCHILD TROPICAL BOTANIC GARDEN

Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden is a Miami attraction for the flora and fauna fans This magnificent assortment of tropical plants, a National Palm Collection, cycads, flowering trees, vines and fruit trees is a stimulating outdoor abundance. Another great attraction, the Fruit & Spice Park is the only tropical botanical garden of its kind in the US. It hosts more than 500 varieties of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and other commercially important plant specimens from around the world.

SOUTH BEACH ART DECO

Stroll around South Beach’s Art Deco district’s 800 registered buildings, sit on a terrace on Ocean Drive for people watching and get your shopping fix on Lincoln Road. Party through Miami’s favourite nightclubs such as Nikki Beach Club, Clevelander and Amnesia, or enjoy a cocktail with a view at one of the many roof top bars of South Beach.

LITTLE HAVANA

A Miami Culinary Tour in Little Havana will immerse you into the local culture on Calle Ocho (8th Street) Miami’s famous Cuban district for Latin flavours around Domino Park. Have lunch at The Biltmore in Coral Gables and visit Vizcaya Museum and Gardens in Coconut Grove. Don’t miss this beautiful waterfront villa and a National Historic Landmark.

MIAMI BAY CRUISES

Get on a boat to see the celebrities’ mansions on Star Island, Palm Island or Hibiscus Island or book a scenic flight with Miami Seaplane Tours to get a bird’s eye view of Miami. You will be left, after a trip to Miami, wanting more!
