Boston like many Eastern USA cities, experiences all four seasons to extremes. It has hot humid Summers with temperatures averaging in the late 20’s and it has bitterly cold winters with temperatures averaging -5 in January. Late Spring is pleasant with warmer temperatures and this is a lovely time to visit and enjoy the city. But perhaps, it’s most famous season is the Fall. Fall in Boston is a sight to behold. Like New England, Fall brings the burnt reds and ambers to the trees and in the Fall, the Boston Common park is stunning. Harvard University is also especially beautiful in the Fall with it’s red brick buildings and falling red leaves. The temperatures are also milder during this season making it easy to get out and explore.
